FAX: Destruction on X9

My piece for the July round in
This month I got
I got to draw her beautiful Casiel
It was hard to draw him, but I think I manage to do it.

About the background, I had a hard time figuring out what to draw.
So I desided to try something out.

Casiel is on the planet X9, a planet in the middle of the Dragon nebula. He is there to observ how life goes on for the inhabitants of the remote planet.
As he was headed towards one of the biggest settlements, something flashing caught his eyes.
When he turned to face it, there was a huge fire, right on the settlement.
He saw the fire's reflection in a small lake of acid water.
He turned around and lowered his head slightly, moving away from the site.
It was clear that this settlement had been destroyed, a big tragedy.
He looked up towards the sky, there he saw another planet, X7.
Maybe he would go there next.
