Akela sat on the warm sand, fishing rod in hand, looking at the bobber as it floated on the crystal blue water. She let out a content sigh, while she still hadn’t gotten a fish it was still a nice day to be out in the sun. Hearing a small bark behind her made her turn around. Seeing the small blue asotu pup waddling towards her made her smile.
“Come here Zul.” She cooed as he got closer to her. Picking him up she hugged him, getting several kisses from him in return.
“So what’s my little boy doing all this way from home? Did you miss me?” She got a happy bark in reply. Laughing she put him down beside her o

Asotu Anniversary Event: The Mummy
It had started out as a calm day, Nani was sitting outside enjoying the sun with Sesebi next to her. She'd grown a bit but still hadn't reached her adult size. But of course something had to happen, like it always did when she tried to enjoy the sun. Kekoa had told her that some pups had gotten out because someone hadn't closed one of the gates properly, and he would have helped her but something had gotten in the way so he couldn't. So she'd gotten more appropriately dressed and went down to the rookery grounds to see if she couldn't get the pups back where they belonged, and Sesebi didn't seem to mind coming along and helping her out.

Cornered in the Canyon
The two asotu bulls made their way slowly into the canyon in search of the huge beast they'd tried to track down the entire day.
While Sunkahetanka was on his last stretch he was still very dangerous, and he had his size as an advantage as well.
Zul looked over at Mandokir. The cream bull looked as calm as ever, despite feeling nervous at the thought of having to engage the huge beast.
But he knew that if he had Zul by his side it would go well, maybe he'd get a few scars but as long as they got out of it alive, it didn't matter to him.
The blue bull stopped in his tracks when he heard a twig snap nearby. They couldn't hear any heavy steps so

Asotu Anniversary Event: November Nights
After the strange object had appeared in her room Akela had been a bit reluctant to go in there, even if Daakara and Nai`a were with her. Having taken a long nap on the couch she decided to take the two asotus with her for a late night walk. While the blue female was eager to go with her, the red bull just refused to get up from his restingplace on her bed.
Letting out a sigh and rolling her eyes at him, she walked outside with Nai`a next to her. The air was crisp and a bit cool and it was a nice temperature for a walk. The sun had set and the only lightsource was the shine from the moon and the twinkling stars. Some of the trees above them

Asotu Anniversary Event: Anniversary Gift
Sesebi and Nani sat watching the leaves as they traveled on the wind out over the sea. They'd been out on a long walk as they had nothing to do, seeing as Kekoa and Akela had taken care of all the daily chores and some other things that Nani usually did. So seeing this as getting some free time, she decided to take a walk together with Sesebi and have some bonding with her, even if she rarely wasn't together with the grey asotu, seeing as she followed Nani around everywhere.
Watching the sky, Nani let her hand stroke the back of her asotu, while Sesebi rested her head on her lap. Thinking back on all the things that had happened during the la

Asotu Anniversary Event: Spooky Stories
Seeing as Halloween was right around the corner and with everyone in the mood of trying to scare each other, it was one of the best times of the year for Kekoa. He just loved to try to see if he could work his scary stories to get people scared, at least on Halloween. So when he heard that some people were going down to the beach and tell stories around a campfire at midnight, it was something he just couldn't pass up. Going down towards the beach, he turned around as he heard a twig snap. He let out a sigh as he spotted the two yellow eyes watching him. "Come on out Daakara, I know it's you." He said while scratching the back of his neck.
